As a British Bangladeshi woman whose parents were garment workers and as someone who has a clothing brand, I feel there is a great connection and responsibility to support young women in Bangladesh with a stepping stone to achieve their aspirations and goals, women who are in a position I may have been if my parents had not immigrated to London.
